30-day Window for Returns:

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item unless the product is damaged or defective. (The restocking fee is to cover the outbound shipping fee)

Returned items have to be unused and packed in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was received damaged. We require photos of defective or damaged return requests.

Refunds (if applicable):  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It is our priority to keep customers informed throughout the process. 

Exchanges (if applicable):  We only replace items unless the product is damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to obtain an authorization.
